HUMAN RESOURCES
- Recruit employees for all hourly available positions.
- Provide assistance in the recruitment of salaried positions.
- Source candidates by researching and contacting community resources, online platforms, colleges, employment agencies, social media etc
- Conduct references and background checks
- Conduct orientation training and other HR training modules as required
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Participate in training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Assist in employee training matrix for training requirements, maintain records of all health and safety-related training and assist in the development of roll out programs
- Coordinate the purchase of PPEEducation
