Cityworks Lead / Technical Project Manager

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including but not limited to: project managers, phase managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, budget) are met in accordance with established metrics
• Execute project tasks such as business analysis, system configuration, documentation, implementation, and training
• Work with the project management team to identify impediments and develop/implement solutions to overcome obstacles
• Compile meeting minutes and documentation
• Participate in the discovery and development of architectural solutions
• Define, design, and implement scripts and workflow to extend core system functionality
• Conduct client-facing workshops throughout the lifecycle of the project, including go-live support
• Ensure documentation aligns with specifications and mapping requirements for reports, data conversions, and system interfaces
• Oversee the creation of custom reports, and dashboards and author technical documentation to support system configuration, user training, and standard operating procedures
  
   

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of progressive experience in consulting and implementation, or administrating the use of business solutions, including one of the following: e-Builder, Agile Assets, Unity, Cityworks AMS/PLL, with a strong background in Esri geographic information systems
• Exposure to enterprise relational database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, is highly preferred
• Experience building custom reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS
• Must be able to travel 25% to client sites
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
• Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
